Terms & Community Guidelines

Effective September 11, 2026. By using Fototripper, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Christian Gómez; contact cgomez@marketingstrat.ca. You must be at least 18 to use Fototripper.

Your photographs remain yours

You retain ownership. You grant Fototripper permission to resize, store and display content as required to operate the service according to your sharing choices. Only upload work you own or have permission to share, including any necessary permission from the people depicted.

Keep the community safe

Pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual solicitation, sexualized minors, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, graphic gore, torture, graphic self-harm, threats, hate, harassment, doxxing, stolen work and spam are prohibited. Artistic nudity is subject to moderation and is not automatically approved.

Do not encourage or provide instructions for self-harm. Non-graphic documentary photography and recovery stories may be shared respectfully. New photo uploads are reviewed before publication. Use Report for safety concerns and Block to stop unwanted interaction.

Community context and appeals

Members can propose factual notes with sources. Moderators review notes before they become public. Photographers can submit a dispute and evidence; moderators may retain, revise or remove a note. Reports and disputes must be made in good faith.

Accounts and service limits

Keep your password secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade moderation or abuse the service. Published images can be copied or captured by viewers despite interface deterrents. Keep your originals and backups elsewhere. Service availability and features may change; report problems to support.

Enforcement

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, rights of others or applicable law. Contact support to appeal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
