For account access, upload problems, billing, safety or privacy questions, email cgomez@marketingstrat.ca. Include your username and a description of the issue. Never send your password.

Account access

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. Verify your email before posting. Check your junk folder if the confirmation has not arrived.

Photo uploads

Uploads are converted to JPEG at a maximum of 2,048 pixels on the longest edge. New uploads are reviewed before publication; find their status under Your uploads. Free membership includes 100 photographs and 200 MB.

Reports and blocking

Use Report on a photograph, comment, profile or discussion. Open a member’s profile to block them. Community context suggestions and disputes are reviewed by moderators.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Delete account in the iOS app, or Edit profile → Delete account on the website. Confirm your password and type DELETE. Your verified request is completed by our team within 30 days, with an email confirmation.
